Return & Refund Policy

At RadTee, we take pride in designing and producing durable, high-quality golf products built for simulator and everyday use. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Due to the custom and small-batch nature of many RadTee products, customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order information.

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

Product Wear & Usage

Our products are designed for durability, but normal wear can vary depending on swing speed, club angle, surface conditions, and frequency of use. Normal product wear from regular use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Custom Orders

Custom logo products, personalized items, and special-order products are considered final sale once production has started.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
