The Story of Rad-Tee

I’m Dave Irwin, and Rad-Tee is a small custom golf product shop built here in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Golf has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up around the game with my father playing on the CPGA Tour, and like a lot of kids, I once dreamed of making it to the PGA Tour myself. Life took me in a different direction, but my passion for golf never went away.

In 2025 that passion, along with my interest in 3D printing, led me to design a more durable simulator tee for a local facility. What started as one prototype grew through testing, adjustments and feedback from facilities, customers and golfers. That real-world feedback helped shape the tees, tethering systems and other products we make today.

We design and print everything here in Dartmouth. We handle the process from start to finish, including designing, printing, assembling, crimping, heat-shrinking, testing and packing each product ourselves. Emily also helps with the packaging, marketing and many of the behind-the-scenes details that keep Rad-Tee moving.

We’re still a small company, but we’re committed to growing with the market and continuing to create durable, practical and customizable golf products that solve real problems for players.
